Hey, I wasn't 100% sure where to post this, so if needed to be moved, please do so and I apologize. Anyway, I made an appointment and got my bodyfat tested, and I was surprised to find out that it was only 2.3%! The lady used calipers to measure, my sister has a bf scale but it shows different numbers all the time. I'm very happy with that number. I'm surprised though since my stomach sticks out a little, but some people have told me that, that is ust the way my stomach is, some people's stomachs stick out a little more or appear bigger than what they are, I've heard of that before but wasn't sure. I can flex my 4 pack, almost a 6 pack, but, I am trying to bulk and haven't gained yet, but I'm will be starting a new diet(I'm still eating very clean), I will be eating more, and keeping it clean. I posted some pics of my stomach here awhile back and some thought I was crazy when I asked about my stomach sticking out.

So you are NOT 2.3%, the calipers are wrong, as usualthe only time you should ever talk about sex is on the phone to a trained professional at $3.99 a minute.

i also read on the forums 2-3%, they called it diced, said the person could only maintain this for a few hours. the guy looked pretty much insane.

I got caliper tested at my gym, she said i was at 2.2%. I am actually closer to 9%, calipers are unreliable.

If someone is really good at what they are doing, and I mean really good, then a caliper test is *almost* as accurate as a water weight test.
