I was wondering if anyone could help me with this one. I've been working out for years now and I've always had a problem performing a lat spread. When I do a front double bicep pose, my lats flare out no problem, and when I'm standing relaxed they also flare out but when I do a front lat spread, they vanish. I can't seem to open up the lats in this pose. Is it my training, or posing technique? I've read many articles about this problem and I want to compete this year for the first time, but I'd look real stupid if I couldn't do a front lat spread.
