my transformation LAST YEAR.
Top left I hit my all time low of 140lbs.. That was dec. 2010. Then I started working out again, and hit 160 lbs only to lose it all in summer 2011, went back down to 150 lbs. I went back nov.1 2011 @ 150 lbs currently I'm sitting at 167. This is a 4 month progress (from the bottom left picture to the right). ****THIS WAS LAST YEAR****
My goal was to reach 180 lbs by Nov. 1 2012 and compete in the up coming bodybuilding competition . I smashed that goal and reached 200 lbs on nov.1 2012. Although I wasn't able to reach my second goal to compete, due to a slew of injuries.

Just under ten months of lifting, gained about twenty pounds.
I unfortunately squandered ~4 months of that by ****ing up in the kitchen (really low natural appetite). Back on track now, though, counting all of my calories to make sure I hit 3000 daily for them mass gains.

Damn great gains. Just make sure you stay strict in the kitchen and be patient and you'll keep moving up

Join the gym in January after spending too many years neglecting myself...became way too skinny for my tastes and wanted to change it.
Been 8-9 weeks now; gained 15 pounds so far by eating 3-4k cal/day and lifting 4-5 times a week for around 1-1.5 hours per session. No Creatine or anything yet other than whey shakes once or twice a day, but I'm going to start soon.
Here I am in January @ 152 and today @ 167.
My goal is at to hit at least 175 by July. I think it's very doable...maybe if I can hit 180 by June, I can do a cut back to 175 and gain some more definition.
Cheers, keep lifting.

Any advice to change my chest training would be appreciated. It has lagged exponentially in the last 8 months.

This is a 2 year time span. The muscle gains were a combination of workout out and puberty. it was from 12 years old to 14 years old.

My old progress pictures (from 2006 to 2007).
Before Pic - 160lbs
After Pic - 217lbs
Trained very hard for a year solid. Like my life depended on it lol!
I look more like my before picture now - (I stopped training back in 2007, after a 10 year break up with my partner).
New transformation - coming soon!
