    Like SESnut said, it is a mirror. If you look at the Oct picture, the birthmark is on the right side of the picture, April it is on the left side of the picture. The October picture was taken with me standing in front of a camera, where the April picture was taken of my refelction in a mirror.

    my transformation is more of a super skinny to normal :P but still working on it! ive gone from 59-60kg to 80-81kg in just under a
    year and a half also im 6 foot 2 so 60kg was majorly under weight.
