Was skinny in high school age 18 155lb sat on my ass until age 21 when i was 200lb and become flabby skinny
Nearly 2 years later
Before - Jan 2011 - 200lb
Now - Dec 2012 - 227lb Pump after chest/tri

Natural Teen transformation 16-19 yo and 20 yo
Here is my transformation:
Started training at 16 yo, 125-130 pounds at 5"9

Here I have been training for 3 and a half year and cutted the last 2 months:

Dude that is freaking amazing! What was your weight in each of the three pictures? The reason I ask is because I am just about your same height and I am just beginning to my abs and I could really use a rough estimate of what weight I will need to hit in order to see them. Once again man, you made phenomenal progress. Kudos
