Hey guys so I posted 3 pics on my profile, and need some expert advice and help! I lost over 60 pounds within a years time and was wondering what I have in the pics is it sagging skin or fat? If I was to go to 10% bodyfat would it go away? I would appriciate the comments and feedback. Also what bf% you think I am at now in those pics? THANKS AGAIN

I had a high bf% a few years back and decided it was time to loose some fat. So I changed my diet, started to loose weight until it got out of hand. This phase lasted for about a year and after that I decided it was time to join a gym, which I think really helped me to start eating properly and gain size.

In high school, I began training towards the end of my junior year. I had just turned 17. I lifted all summer, and throughout most of my senior year while playing rugby. I bulked up to 185lbs, but was not able to stay there due to conditioning. I ended up maintaining around 175lbs during rugby season.
Towards the end of my senior year, some family troubles arose, and I stopped lifting. I lost sight of my goals, and lost quite a bit of my gains.
I got back into it shortly, around 18, but wasn't able to stick with it. Once again, I lost my gains.
So I went roughly 1.5 to 2 years without lifting, until now. I'm 20 years old, and have been lifting consistently for the last 8 months or so.. Here's a little idea of what my diet and supplement regimen has been like lately...
For the last 8 months, I have been aiming for around 3,000 - 4,000 calories a day. I have been using Cellucor's C4 Extreme as my preworkout, and GNC's Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 (or something like that...) as my protein shake. Starting in March 2012, I bulked up to 173lbs. Once summer was in full effect, I decided to do a little cut, and using HIIT cardio and strict diet, I cut to about 160lbs. I slow bulked from there, until now.
My routine is...
Chest / Tri's
Back / Bi's & Forearms
Delts
Legs / Abs
Now that fall has rolled around, and it's getting increasingly cold here in East Tennessee, bulk season is in full effect! I continue to use C4 as my preworkout. I have now added Cellucor's BCAA as my intra-workout. I ran through some Syntha-6, didn't much care for it. So I changed to ON 100% Gold Standard Whey. I'm still using it, in combination with the BCAA's and C4, with a multi-vitamin and Fish Oil. I also still aim for 3-4k calories, 180-220g of protein, ~200-300g carbs per day.
So, I'm bulked up to about 168lbs now, and would like to share my progress over the last few years with everyone!

This is my transformation story for 2012, from 83kg (180cm tall) when i started bulking (1st pic) to 92kg when i started cut (2nd pic) and then back to 83kg and ~8.5% bf (3rd pic). Did bulk for 6months and 3 months for cutting, next goal is 85kg and less bf% if possible, this is goal for the next summer
