August 2011 - Bought my first gym membership ever ... @ age 26 starting @ 119 lbs
October 2011 - Suffered Double Hernia Surgery ... lol wtf.
January 2012 - Lost job, lost focus and quit working out for about 6 weeks.
March 2012 - Got back into grind.
October 2012 - turned 27, and up to 160 lbs
November - Refuse to look back now; looking to hit 180!!

My Journey to Growing!
When I started a year ago I was about 119 pounds, little everywhere.
Currently @ 159 pounds and growing!
9" arms -> 13.5"
14" quads -> 22.25"
28" waist -> 31.5"
32" chest -> 39.5"
10" calves -> 14"
32" hips -> 37.25"
13.5" neck -> 15"
75 lb bench -> 170 lb as of 08.27.12
115 lb squat -> 295 lb as of 08.29.12
85 lb deadlift -> 215 lb as of 08.27.12

i really was like skin and bones, and played video games all day.
trust me i was shocked just as much as my body, but i didn't know how to do compound exercises and really just did isolated things i knew i was comfortable with. extensions, raises, and anything calf related was very easy for me and then i would walk around gym with plates until my calves were too tired lol. imagine that shocking your body and telling it to grow. same with my biceps, you can see in the pics how little they were. i've never thought about it until i realized how much bigger my arms would be if i started developing triceps the way i was supposed to. now, they are my biggets weakness but have started to peak out.

6 Months of training, from 115 lbs to 150 lbs
I trained for 3 months, then I broke my eardrum, so I had to stop lifting for 2 months. I've been back in the gym training hard for 3 months since then, so a total of 6 months. I was expecting a lot more fat gain, for a 35 pound increase in 6 months, but I suppose I was so damn skinny, the fat gained on top of the muscle isn't very noticeable.
The pictures are from when I first started and when I was at 148 lbs.
Also, thanks to Hanh for his awesome YouTube channel. Really motivational. I'm also 5' 9", Asian, and ultimately aim to be 180 lbs at his bf level.
Any and all feedback is appreciated!

6 week transformation by myself recently, I think I look a bit bigger than I previously was! Still dieting and training hard to lose my belly and put on more muscle.
