**Transformations from skinny to mass pics*** (post them everybody)

It dosen't necessary have to be skinny pics. Any pics will do from packing on alot of mass, I see DLStar made a thread for former fatties, I thought why not make one on ppl who were relevantly small to decently big or very huge. It will also be a motivation to the others and me.

I will start with one: First pic before, second 2 after.

NOTE: This is not me, just a transformation pic I saw on another board, saw I posted it here for my thread because I think its amazing

Once I get my camera I will post mine too.

Hey man that is a damn good transformation for only 2 and a half months good job. It also seems u have packed on no fat at all too. Good going.

And don't worry mate, I said in my post you don't have to be huge at all to post here, it dosen't matter if its even 1lb of mass you packed on for a difference ok well thats going to far

But the point is transformation is a transformation.

You want the secret, I will tell you strict diet + Cardio along with a nice lifting routine.

Just a month of working out. But I see a change, hope you all do too. I'm doing the madcow/bill starr 5x5 linear routine.

I'm not going to come off as an ass here. But it seems to me the only difference I only see is the lighting. Plz don't take offense from me, I am just giving my honest imput and crititism.

Eat, lift hard, sleep and GET BIG!!

I agree the lighting is different but I notice my quads looking differnet and chest shape/look I don't know how to decribe it has changed. It was only 4 weeks I can't expect much. Tomorrow morning I'll post up the 8 week picture hopefully I shall have made improvements.

could someone tell me what i need to work on? (besides overall mass lol)
the first pic and the second are about 3 months apart. mostly just powerlifting though, yet still got a bit bigger.

tricepts and shoulders, i think. wider shoulders would do your physic some good.

Thanks for asking things are going great, I feel like a million bucks. Made some serious gains with no fat at all, the last time I talked to you I were at 160lbs, now I am at 170lbs of pure mass, 13% BF, not too shabby hey ha.

And spuddy great trans man in only 2 weeks damn! Must have some God genetics

haha that's more like ten months between pictures- the second pic was taken two weeks ago
