1 year anny of bbing
My 1 year anny pics of starting bodybuilding. Im at 6'7" and this time last year was 218 lbs. Today weighed in at 277 lbs. I want to compete at the highest level and rep for ecto's and the tall guys who are reminded from day one and day after day after that "how small they are or how they are just to tall," for all the guys who are told "you just dont eat enough." I wanna be the guy who can actually relate about how hard it can be for some and I want to actually be able to help and be an example.

1st pic 155, 2nd 181. on and off for about 7-8 months. probably could've gained more weight quicker if i incorporated heavy weights to my training

Thanks for the comment, at your height I'm sure you have heard what I am talking about more than once.
You're a beast, good job.
Thanks for the comment bud, I am getting there. This time next year I should be getting closer to how I really want to look, a leaner 325. Anybody near my height has to like Lou Ferrigno, I just wanna be bigger lol. Please feel free to comment and offer suggestions guys, any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you. I started out at 140lbs myself in 2006. and I'm not done yet. I would like to get upto 200lbs. Yes, i sure have. I used to be a rail at my height. I imagine you're having as hard of a time as I am putting on the weight. I didn't think i could get to 175. I actually set a goal in 2004 at 160lb thinking I couldn't hit it. lol

There's some really inspiring stuff here. I've never been "skinny" myself, but this should be great for people who need proof that it is possible to change your body.
