It's been a process and I've been off and on, but this shows going from 150 lbs up to 205 lbs.

Here are my pics from 2008 till how I am now. I didn't really payed attention to upper body in the beginning when I started working out in '08, because I don't really need it for my sport, which is BMX. Since the beginning of 2013 I made some good steps forward with a bit more focus on the top body parts.

Back in '08 my weight was around 55-60kg. In 2012 it was around 70. At the end of 2014 it was between 85-88 and currently I'm steady around 79-81kg.
