How do's.. heres my transformation so far
I started off at about 120lbs with 24% body fat about a year ago and started training consistently and eating properly (3000cal) around Feb time this year.
Currently hitting full upper body 1x a week, mainly weighted dips - pushups - weighted chin-ups and rows - overhead press. legs/cardio 1x and lower weight arm/shoulders 1x. all at home.
Got my body fat from 20+ to 12/15 in five months so I'm well chuffed. Weight has stayed at 145 for the last few months so Im starting a clean bulk.
Thanks

5 years of training
Five years since I started eating right and training consistently. Not incredibly fast gains like many others here, but pleased with the results, now having just turned 37. Still obviously a way to go to get everything in proportion and start reducing my body fat.

Hey CBRob!
Im sorry to burst your bubble and all the bromance, but i wouldn't go around and preach to people that they should be "okay" with losing strength on their lifts.
Thats a definitely NO! You never want your lifts to drop, and thats especially important during your cutting phase.

Here is my ,, transformation ,, after 1 year of all_pro beginners program ( 9 cycles ) , there is nothing impressive at all , just a weight gain from 85kg to 94kg and the only thing noticeable are legs even if i fallowed a strict diet and no absence at all from gym. Im so depressed when i see all these cool transformation damn ... very good job guys !

My bromance is solid! It's very common to lose some strength on a cut. You ever see a powerlifter that looks like he was cutting? Elliot agrees w/ me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i34keQ6ZGe0

Lots of guys posting transformation pics, myself included, are taking pics on upper body day with as much of a pump as they can get.
If your ready to switch things up, I suggest Lyle Mcdonalds Generic Bulk routine, a little more time on upper body than allpro's
You did get some nice wheels out of those 9 cycles of allpro's

Progress after 7 months of lifting.
Went from 132 pounds to 171 pounds. Any critiques are welcome. Currently I'm just trying to get bigger, at least to 185 before I start cutting and working on the "shredded" look.
Cheers,

i think too that is time to change my routine , i stack on weights
far now my 12 rep max weight are
squat = 70kg
bench press = 80kg
bent over row = 70kg
military press = 40kg
stiff legged deadlift = 70kg
biceps curl = 35kg
calf raises = 70kg
i rlly cant manage to do with more 12 rep ... i also dont take any kind of supplement , just food and i think is time to get some some guys tell me to start cut bcz if i continue bulking like this im just gonna be fat , others like u tell me to continue bulking which for me seems the right option bcz what can i get from a cutting when i my upper body looks like this ? :/ nothing ....
