Ive documented my BF% using omron handheld machines for over a year and know how inaccurate they can be,. yesterday the school measured me at 204lbs with 22.1%BF with a tanita standing scale.
how off would you say the measuremnt is by looking at my avi from three days ago?

This is my progress since March. Until March my only activity was running
I'm 6'1". I was 135lb and now I'm 150lb.
I don't know my BF%, I think it's around 10% but if someone could tell me it would be great

My gains.
I've been tracking my weight since May 2013. I started out with about 125lbs. I started lifting in June 2014 and now I'm at 172lbs.
Feedback is always nice

Transformation - Since Dec 13
Would really like to get bulkier, but vascularity shows more and have gained some muscle in my back. I was 135 lbs in Dec, but am now 140.

this was me a year ago at 135lbs, did not lift at all, sat around alot barely exercised, barely ate:
a year later, gained like 30 lbs lean body mass, all from eating, still no excercise:
these are about a month after that last pic, started lifting for the whole month as well, and still going:
at 183lbs now, trying to bulk to 190 - 200lbs before i go on a cut.Last edited by IntroBrah; 09-12-2014 at 04:50 PM.

If you didn't workout during your first year of bulking, that's no way you gain 30lbs of lean mass. I would say at least 80% of weight gain is fat. Anyway good that you started to workout. I would say you need to cut now as your body fat is getting higher. If you continue to gain weight, your body fat might go up to 30% which make it harder to cut afterward. You are doing bulking in a very wrong way. Way too fast and gained excessive unnecessary fat.

I can relate bro, after being skinny for years it feels good to have mass even if there is lots of fat. It looks like your are up to around 25% BF at this point and it is definitely time to cut. Don't be surprised if you see your lifts go stagnant or even drop a little, all part of cutting.
keep at it bro, you'll be stoked when you see some cuts between muscles.

My journey so far
Ok here is a better picture before and after. 10 months of lifting and still going strong..
I can see some results here at least, and some good gains.
Notice that i partyhard every weekend pretty much.. I think the results could have been alot better, but I love partying and lifting so I keep it a combo still.
I would love to hear you guys thoughts about the gains.
Keep bulk or cut for a bit?
before lifting
After 10 months!
Thank you!
