11 months
This is me after 11 months, sorry I have no "before" pics, but I can tell you that I was really weak and skinny at around 57.5Kg. I am now 66.7Kg.
I have spent 10 months strength training (stronglifts) and the last month under German Volume Training. I have noticed more gains in the month I did German Volume Training than the 10 months with stronglifts, regarding physique.
How am I doing?

lulz ty. forearms are fairly well developed.
I dont train them! atleast not directly. I guess they grow from doing curls, skullcrushers, deadlifts, and all sorts of back training exercises. Just squeeze hard.
If you want to train them directly you can do wrist curls, though ive never done 'mI didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

first post on BB.. started lifting the first of March, so nearing 2 months.. already seeing noticable changes with my new diet, supplement plan, and lifting routine..
just a little background.. I was super into cardio when in high school as I was on the varsity soccer team, but that was already 4 years ago since my senior year.. never really found exercise worthwhile as I never saw results from cardio other than just feeling better and being able to run faster. This was my first time every hitting up the gym for lifting. I havent touched cardio nor do I plan on it any time soon. My metabolism is already almost too fast as it is from being hard to bulk on. Definitely have a new outlook on excercise now with seeing results!

So this is my first post. My transformation so far after a year or so of going to the gym on and off, last 2 months started getting serious about it. At 5'11 I used to be around 150lbs, there's history in my family of hyperactive thyroid and I also have a high metabolism so I was always skinny. As of lately I manage to add on some mass and get to a weight between 165 and 170. Only the beginning, lots of work to do!
PS. I do have some pump in the after pics from my shoulder/tri workout :PLast edited by islandGuy89; 04-30-2014 at 05:34 PM.
