    Solid work. This is basically what I'm trying to accomplish, but I'm going to re-evaluate when I get to 200. Started out at 148 about 2 months ago. I'm up to 160 now, but progress has been really slow. School and work schedule is killing me. Just out of curiosity, how many calories were you taking in a day during your bulk? And what's your plan now? Gonna cut?

    Thanks. And I wasn't really counting calories, but i'd say on average around 3500-4000 a day. And yea i'm gonna try to come back down in bodyfat to where I was pre-bulk.

    From skinny to skinny and cut lol. Not big yet, just more defined and much stronger. My body has some muscle memory from inconsistent workouts for the past 2 years as well..

    Yeah I had been bulking on 4k a day, school went and messed up my eating schedule, so now I'm working on a meal plan that works with my lifestyle. Keep us posted on the cut.

    Anyway, back to topic, not really sure when first pic was taken. Probably in mid 2011, but I was about 120 in that picture. Second picture was about February 2012, last two are from now. My weight in the second picture and last 2 are just about the same 140ish.

    before: july 2011: a severely underweight 163lbs at 6 foot 6/6 foot 7, wasn't happy, very shy, hated being shirtless etc etc


    after: february 2013: got sick of being a skinny loser and started to study nutrition/bodybuilding HARD with a lot of help from lurking this forum and am now currently standing at 216lbs, just turned age 20. extremely confident in all walks of life, feel healthy, look healthy and life is good! i actually get accused of being on roids regularily which is something i would have NEVER thought would be said to me. it's changed my life completely, i'll never look back and i just thank god that i realized a change was needed as early as i did.
