Here are the results of 6 months of hard work. Blood sweat tears and hundreds of gallons of milk.
Before this I had 6 months experience weight training in 2011 but took 18 months off before starting this.
I was primarily on starting strength then madcow 5x5. Only supplements were Creatine and whey protein.
Lifts for 1 rep.
Squat 135 -> 405
Bench 135 -> 275
Deadlift 225 -> 500
Starting date May 27th 2012. Final pics date January 18th 2013. Muscles cold in both.
Same t-shirt in both for comparison, notice I used to wear t shirts under it as well as it being baggy !
BEFORE
AFTER 6 MONTHS
Hope this inspires a few people. Got a little chubby so now it's time to cut!

Impressive efforts all round, hard to quote and praise/comment on a single person with so many worthy of feedback but I've seen alot of strong inprovements. Solid work.

I was the smallest kid in my grade, as well as the weakest (both physically and mentally)
Was pushed around all of the time since elementary school, harassed, etc.
Finally got my s#%t together at 16 years old and have been consistent ever since. I've been constantly growing and learning more and more each day.
I went from the small, weak, insecure kid with poor grades and no social life to a business owner with huge goals and ambitions, a certified personal trainer, and gained a good amount of muscle mass... and a 3.8+ GPA in college...
The physical changes i've gone through are an outward manifestation of the lifestyle change i've taken on mentally... but I can't thank the iron enough for changing my life..

Age 14 - started lifting and quit after not making any progress. Ended up addicted to video games for the next few years..

Hey guys I'm new here and just started working out again. I kinda wanted some motivation advice. I decided to post here since I'm a skinny person looking for advice from people that were skinny. Did you ever get discouraged while working out? I just left the gym and all the bench press were taken up by bigger guys so I just left when I still needed to do Bench and close grip. I am at a college and I'm easily discouraged. Thanks guys

Have you taken your before pic yet? It will keep you motivated as you see yourself adding mass. Don't worry about who's on the bench press bench, grabs some dumbells and another bench or even the floor. Work the muscles you planned to work and be proud you are in the gym doing your thing. From my limited experience, other folks in the gym will welcome you, skinny or not.

Hey guys, I wasn't going to post any progress for a long time.. But I just want to share my back progress over the past 5 months as I'm currently very pleased. I did only compound lifts, doing more EVERY SINGLE TIME. Huge emphasis on the every single time :P. I either increased weight, reps, or sets everytime and yeah. I'm really pleased, let me know what you guys think.

Less then 4 months progress. Have in mind that I've lost a lot of quality mass over summer because of not eating and lots of stress. So muscle memory did a good job here.
1st picture - 185lbs
2nd picture - 230lbs
