Actually my "progression" was very bad (I'm not surprised). I did home exercises, but not too often, 1-2 times a week, sometimes nothing for weeks and after start again...I ate just everything I found, and that's the result from 2009 to 2012. I was 63kg, now 72kg. A little bit better, but not too much. Also I gained some bodyfat too. I didn't really care about my diet and a work plan, but I read a lot of about this topic because I want to achieve big result. I have a lot of motivation from this thread, so I started to make it serious from monday, I go to gym 3 times a week, and I have a good diet with 200g of protein and 380 CH daily. Let's see what can I do, and I'll post my progress next year! I hope I'll have visible transformations, at this moment I can't imagine I can make myself muscular.

Well a bit of some backround information.
A girl in my 10th grade art class came up to me and grabbed my arm and laughed. I was wondering what that was all about and than all of the sudden she's like "BEzzzzzzzzzzzzz you gotta be kidding, my arms are just as big as yours" I told her yea im no juice head but I'm not that small. She then says you should sign up for retro fitness and we'll workout sometimes. The first thing in my mind is like yea she wants to hangout and why not a gym. My mother brought me there and signed my guest pass just thinking it'd be some hangout session. 2 years later I'm still there busting my ass day in and day out to blow out some steam and actually build up my self confidence. After she said that I knew I had to make a difference in my life, mentally and physically. Without further ado pics

2.5 years of training. The first year of lifting was a joke, it wasn't till the last year that I really started to do the right things with form and dieting.
starting weight 160lbs
I'm currently 199lbs

Not exactly 'mass' but still, this is my transformation so far. The first picture is from 2008 but it's the only picture I could find showing how skinny I was.
I did not start working out untill 2010, however I was pretty much exactly the same as the first picture, when I started working out in 2010.
So it's a 2 year transformation. Still got a long way to go until I'll be truly happy with how I look.
I tried to keep the pose the same in order to see the difference.
