2 years . weak I know but I'm gonna try and get to 170lbs by march . I was about 110lbs in the before and 150 lbs in the after (current) , putting on muscle is a real bitch . I got to 165lbs and cut because I gained a lot of fat around my stomach and lower back , instead from here on out though I'm going to be on a long slow bulk.

Are you on a specific workout program or are you just winging it at the gym? Are you keeping track of the calories you eat per day? If you feel that your appetite won't allow you to eat a significant surplus of clean calories then maybe buy a Weight Gainer; it'll bulk you up real fast and most of it will not turn into fat as long as you're doing enough weights at the gym (especially compound exercises). The ideal solution though is to make your own shake buy using Whey Protein plus extras around the house that you'll like from peanut butter, oats, olive oil, ice cream, milk, bananas etc.

two years progression
Hello all,
When I was like 15 years old I went to the gym just to give it a try. I wasn't lifting any weights, I was just doing cardio for approximately 30 minutes, once a week. When I was getting older (16 years + ) I started to lift light weights, all machine work. Somehow I managed to built a few tiny muscles. When I turned 18 I saw a person working out with (by that time) a great body and he had alot of strength (I thought ghehe). So I wanted to be like him and started to do weight lifting aswell. Eversince, I'm hooked!
Here's a pic of 2 years ago, minimum training, no knowledge about training nor food.
Around 75kg's by 1.93m
Here's a pic that I made around a month ago.
96kg's by 1.93m
Here's a little timeline from the past 3 years.
Tips/comments are welcome!
