These are my progress pics. I started lifting in 2010 on and off and didnt know it wasnt until this past jan i took it serious. I started at 123, Im currently now at 175. Trying to bulk till 180 then cut...im open to any advice thanks guys this site rocks!

Long time forum lurker here, one of my favorite threads for sure, full of great transformations. FINALLY started hitting the weights, 26 years old and 5'11" working out at home only, in week 11 so far. Gone from 132lbs (60kg) to 154lbs (70kg) in only 10 weeks.

Oke my curent body is small 58,5 kg,1.76m but, i'm ripped/proportioned and aesthetic, and I whant to achieve 70kg of clean muscle, check me out.(I can't post any pictures yet...i'm new)

Always wanted to post here...sorry these pictures are so small.
About a month or two after I started lifting:
I lifted weights half-assed for about 3-4 months a year for the next four years:
About 5 months after the last picture was taken. This was the first time I ever took lifting and dieting seriously and I was pretty pleased with the results. Sorry the image is so small, it was taken with a webcam:
I no longer lift weights, but it was fun and I thought I'd include my progress.

Heres my progress so far
Took about 1 and 1/2 years to do. That's pretty much on and off for the first year to the middle photo. Then it was a 6 week push to the last photo.
Goal was always to get ripped and not to put on weight. I sit at around 73kg. Which suits me at the minute as I'm in to Thai Boxing.
Might start bulking this year though. I get pretty dedicated and think I would get RESULTS
