    From bicep curls to cleans

    First post. Was over at Mens Health forums for ages but they are pretty bad.

    Attachments due to me just joining. This has all been over about 2 years or so. I have tended to eat really clean and hence the slow gains. But trust me I have gained weight.

    Always struggled with strength.

    Deadlift = Gone from 70kg>150kg
    Squat = Gone from 65kg>100kg
    F. Squat = Gone from 60kg>90kg
    Clean = Gone from 40kg>80kg (in about 4 weeks)
    Power Clean = 87.5kg
    Snatch = 50kg (only just started)

    Bench = Gone from 50kg>87.5kg

    I am just focussing on Oly Lifts now. Will be looking to start a log

    I used to be 5'5 and 230 LBS of PURE ****ING FAT like 2 years ago. I never took pics thoughl can't share =/. Right now i think i'll cut down to another 15 LBS and start bulking .

    Just noticed this thread and figured that I would post a few transformation pics.

    I realize that the first pic is of very crappy quality, but you can clearly see that I was skinny as f*** (the webcams weren't to good back in 2000 lol)

    Hey everyone. Its not a huge transformation about 20lbs. I have recently joined the police forces and they gave us a quite fine training thats where I started to gain weight. This is the result of a 3 month long training. Any questions or comments are welcome.

    8 month transformation

    I started working out in September 2011 after being in college for almost four years and letting myself go. I wasn't happy with how I looked or felt, especially since I had been an athlete my entire life. So I decided to stop wallowing in self-pity and get my ass motivated. I won't lie, I did fail a couple of times and even took the month of December off completely. The first pic is from September 2011, all the others are from May 2012.
