Thanks, man. I have an electronic weight scale that also measures BF. I didn't realize it, but I had my settings set for age 25 (when I originally purchased it). It gave me a % of 15-16 originally (first pic). When I changed it to my curren, age, it reported out at 6.9%. I'm not real sure how age affects BF. Or maybe my scale is broken.
Perhaps I should get calipers, instead.

Most people have a misunderstanding of what those BF levels look like.
6.9% natural is like competition shape with skin so thin you can practically see through it. Even IFBB pros are on stage at about 3-4%.
Keep in mind that anything below 10% is going to look very very lean... I personally can get lower ab veins easily at anything less than 10%. So, it's not to say you don't look lean, it's just a shift in perception of what the various fat levels really look like.
6% would be more like:
"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Change is what i want and would reallly appreciate anyone's input on how toget bigger ect. Idk how to post pics or I would

Been a while since I posed in this thread. Here's an update. Been a long time, rollercoaster of back and forward. I have actually made most progress in the last 6 months.
~118lbs to 135lbs
Before (Sometime around 2009):
After (Jan 2012):

Here is my 6 month progress from October 2011 to April 2012. Got tired of fooling myself that I was not out of shape, plus I wanted to look good for the summer.
I hate the first pic. Pretty embarassing, but it is what it is. At least I am doing something about it now.
I know I have a long way to go and a lot to work on, but it is a start.

Well it isnt really a skinny to mass transformation or a fat to lean transformation . My transformation is just in general a transformation. I cant post pics yet due to not enough forum posts . But take a look at my profile Thanks brahs

Thanks, man. Still needs a lot of work, but definitely better than before. I just sneak in some abs between sets of whatever. So after a set on bench, for example, I'll go do some cable crunches or hanging leg raises, etc. For me, I find that is an easier way to get in some ab work than tacking on 20 min of abs after a workout.

Appreciated. Man, I just cut out a ton of junk I used to eat. Really try to just focus on fresh fruits/vegs, chicken/turkey/fish. There was no way I could give up dairy, I love milk and cheese too much. Traditional snack foods, cookies, crackers, etc never come in my house. I've found that I like a bowl of cottage cheese and a handful of almonds better than stuffing my face with nutter butters. There really is no specific "diet", just concious about what I am eating. My routine is a pretty simple traditional split: chest/tri, back/bi, shoulder/leg. 4-5 sets @ 8 rep failure. If I can get over 10 reps it is time to add weight. Just a pretty simple take that has worked for me so far.
