Before: August 2010(155 pounds..LOL)
After: 1 year 8 months or so(198-200 pounds)
I strive to be like myself because I know that I can always improve. If I sculpt my goals towards another persons, I will eventually reach it. No matter how far I advance, I will strive to be better than the previous day.

Wow. Great transformations everyone. VERY motivating. I'm in the middle of a transformation right now but was wondering if I could get some of your opinions as I am a bit of an amateur myself. I've gained 18lbs since October and I was wondering if you guys think I've gained too much fat and what needs the most work?
Since I'm a noob I'll post the pictures in my profile. ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!! thanks in advance and keep up the hard work guys!

Diet wasn't super strict, just followed some basics really. e.g Oats and Eggs for Breaky, Meat and Veggies for dinner and usually tuna for lunch. (didn't know what I was doing to start with though lol). A small calorie surplus and lean gained the whole year
Started taking Reflex Creatine Monohydrate in Oct 2011 and just bought a Whey Protein this week.
I didnt even join a gym till Sept 2011. Home workouts FTW!
If you've got the motivation you can do anything mate, your diet, routines and knowledge all comes from motivation. GL Bro!
Appreciate all of the comments guys, really means a lot to me!My Transformation Progress Thread...

actually I've gained a few pounds. I'm trying to bulk up but I actually been working out consistently for almost a month. The cardio and abworkouts after my lifts from DC 12 week program is helping. I'm on week 3 day 3 tomorrow. My diet...I've been trying to eat as clean as possible but I'm trying to bulk so its hard to get 3000 calories in a day.

First photo was taken 2009/2010, the second was taken a few weeks ago. All natural, and only been taking the lifting seriously the last few months. Loads of work left to do!

I avoid cardio like the plague lol. I play squash for about an hour and a half a few times a week though. It takes at least 3500 cals for me to put on any weight so I try to avoid cardio, at least right now in my bulking phase. Weight gainers/protein shakes have made EVERYTHING possible. But now that I see you've gained muscle and lost fat like you have you're making me rethink the whole cardio thing haha.
As far as my routine it's pretty basic. arms/back/chest/shoulders/legs on separate days. no ab work at all really. I figure I'll focus on the main things first and abs will follow.
Thanks for the response and keep up the good work! I hope to post again in 4 months with better results.

Not as much skinny as more tube-sockish in the before. Here's my 1.25 yr transformation pics (Before pic is July 2010, but started working out in Oct 2010):

The only picture, and subsequently the only post you'll ever see me posing in.
I believe the picture on the right was around Halloween of 2011.

Might as well post these up. This was last september I think, before I lifted, and after I'd lost weight (without any real knowledge of exercise, I was just doing cardio and eating healthy foods, so probably lost some of what little muscle mass that I had)
And this was today, 30 lbs heavier (180 lbs currently)
I plan on bulking for another 5 lbs or so, then cutting for 2 months before summer, then doing a very clean bulk throughout the summer and then up til next year march/april time again before another cut.
My chest needs work, I have problematic shoulders though and flys generally aggravate them so I'm left with pretty much only pressing movements to hit it. I do flat and incline DB presses, and dips. Flat press is 3x10 @ 32 kg (70 lbs) and incline is 3x10 @ 28 kg (61 lbs) (yes weak, I'm working on it though)
Edit: I havent got any legs pictures from before, but my quads measured at a measly 19" compared to 24" now☆☆☆υк ¢яєω☆☆☆
Bench - 110kg (242 lbs)
Squat - 155kg (341 lbs)
Deadlift - 210kg (462 lbs)
