Make sure you do every exercise until you get positive failure. I recommend a weight that makes you hit the positive failure in the 5 to 8 rep. Kreatin can be a good supply when training. The only and best way to gain muscles is to work with heavy weights that forces you to positive failure and to eat good. It isn't rocket science. Just eat very much and traing hard and that's it ... Take pictures each month might motivate you !

Cheers man, yeah im constantly improving on my strength and bench and squats etc but dont really seem to be putting on the weight...maybe im losing weight from my diet, im not unhappy with my physique, just made need to get a supplement and eat abit more to bulk up abit.
Really dont want to take a mass gainer, i take gaspari myofusion and op nutrition bcaa's...im gonna invest in getting jack3d for the early morning workouts. Taking bsi's 1mr at the moment however ive seen great reviews of jack3d and wanna give it a try

Started lifting weights about 2 years ago. I've been trying to bulk up lately, my goal id to hit around 210-215 then start cutting. Started at about 140 and am now about 180. Let me know what you guys think. Criticism and advice are welcomed! thanks!

More like from skinny to fat but added some size over the years training on and off, on a cut now (last pic is recent)
Long way to go... will get there though!
