Progress in all my 5 years of weightlifting, honestly mass progress has been pretty stagnant since leaving high school, haven't been as consistent with my training so I've hovered between 170-190.

hey guys, ive always wanted to upload my progress pics and get feedback, so here we go!
Before: sorry for the lack of before pics, i started lifting recreationally without thinking about progress
Pre lifting: 155ish lbs
recreation lifting (not doing it right): 167 lbs
Currently: 203-206 lbs:
Sorry for the ****ty quality; my webcam sucks and makes everything exteremelly light, and i actually do have a bit more definition (pale+light camera= crap)
My observations: put on a bit much BF, need more shoulders, chest, everything!
Plan: bulk until april
Feedback? i know i still need lots of work, so im open to any commentsCertified GIF reactionist

This picture was late 2009. Probably weighed around 140 pounds.. Maybe less. Not quite sure.
This picture was after a year of recreational lifting. I didn't eat enough and for a while my split made no sense. Tried to imitate starting photo. Probably around 150-155 here.
After that picture was taken, I finally figured out how to eat correctly while trying to gain weight but then I went to college 2 months later and my workout routine sort of fell apart and I regressed a bit. Back on track now goin stronger than ever. Hoping to make some solid gains this year. Currently around 166, will be weighing myself in about 3 days to see if my bulk diet is enough.

Lurker here, I can't wait to post mines up. 144 to 155 in three months including a month with a fractured scapula which allowed me to bulk. Now I am hitting the weights heavy and low. Maintaining a 155-158LB average.
