What does Ecto mean?
And what do people mean by "natural" gains? That they didn't use any sort of supplements?

Still not where I want to be, but here is my progress. I started my interest in working out in 2009, but I didn't really know what I was doing. Now I am more consistent, have more motivation and eat better. The first picture I don't think I could bench 135.. now it's around 250... 35 pounds of later..
Being an ecto is hard to overcome.. I lose weight so quickly if I don't constantly eat.

Update
Mostly bodyweight movements were used the past 2 years. I havnt even progressed to planche push ups/levers/muscle ups/handstand push ups
Cant wait to see what I look when I do.

Some truely awesome transformations here... Really an inspiration for me. Atm I'm doing my college exams by starting february I'll really start working out too
and I'll post my progress at the end of the year,
( However I am a total noob when it comes to nutrition ( Protein is what I need right? but 6 meals a day or what? Is that needed?)
or supplements (are they needed)?
And I heard that you need to "bulk" first and then cut the fat and keep the muscle after a while, and in order to gain strength,
that I gotta do exercices with almost my maximum weight I can carry and do 4-5 reps? That's what I "learned" after 15 min on this site xd )

My 3.5year size change
In starting picture i am age 15.5, 185lbs, 15inch arms, 23inch legs,40 inch chest.
In my final picture i am age 19, 235lbs, 17.25inch arms, 27.5inch legs,46inch chest.
That a gain of 50lbs in 3.5years maintaining that same BF%.
What is an average gain of muscle weight per year?

About to embark on a 2 year lean bulk/complete mass transformation. I'm putting 120% into this and I WILL achieve the physique I have always wanted. This will be done drug-free and 100% naturally. I wanted this posted just as added motivation for myself (and perhaps others). I will post my pics and results in exactly 2 years from today. Time to get to work.
