Only 2 months of lifting. 15lb gain, waist same at 29inches, everything else gone up, arm +2 inches in 2months.

Two years progress. First year and a bit was without any advice and was a total **** at anything. For the past year i've took training and diet a lot more serious and have saw much better gains.

Evening guys, 2 from me. First picture 150lbs, october last year, 2 months or so into lifting, 2nd picture around 185lbs, taken a few days ago.
Bodyfat is at around 13%

Currently after changing up the routine, extremely heavy deadlifts and a small 2 week cut.. weighing in at 168lbs
