Lovely bulk. I like the fact you guys are successfully packing on size without much fat gain. You look very thick, I hope you do not want to cut, your pretty lean and could keep going, depends on your goals, obviously a little cut would not do no harm if its what you wanted, but if not thats better. Keep lifting bro.

I dont know how you looked at 85lbs, but its obvious you look better than you prob did then. I would say keep eating big brah, you still got work to do, your on the right track, the track to greatness. Keep protein high, high carbs, (clean) some good fats, veggies, fruits, multis, fishoils, lifting hard heavy compound movements, pull ups, cleans, adding 2 cardios a week or so and you will keep growing.

Hard to find any before pics that i wasnt wearing long sleeved teeshirts or jumpers I'll have to look through old holiday pics when im next home.
Around 145lbs before, 2nd pic couple of weeks ago at 170. 6 months of proper lifting and diet with a couple of ****ty months before that. Probably could have done better but definately an improvement.

Its hard to tell as you could be pressing your arm against your body and your wearing clothing. But no doubt an improvement, you can see you had stick arms in the before pic, so while in the second wither your pressing or not, you will know for sure that your arms are bigger, good job keep at IT.

Just have started actually working out like in the last week. Lost alot of weight and now time to start packin it back on, in a good way though. And there's not much of a diff. in the middle pic and the last one, just the fact that I actually have more color in my skin.

In the first pic i was about 55kg (121lb). I have no idea if im even flexing in the pic but its the only one i got. I the second pic wich was taken 2 weeks ago i was 64kg (141lb). Didnt have time to flex correctly because the timer on the camera was only 5 seconds, thats why my right shoulder looks bigger than my left :P Have been working out for 5 months.

Thanks bro. I'm starting my long bulk till Jan 2012 now, increasing calories step by step. I'm gonna try to get to about 190-200 and then cut for summer 2012, so excited. I love every second of lifting and I don't care if I don't make as much progress as other people. By the time I'm 20/21 nobody is gonna ask how I looked when I was 16/17.

Sup guys this is my progress so far.. i am 5'6" currently 147LB and trying to get to 165LB and shred to 155LB SOLID!!
This was me before dieting and lifting at 150LB
Then me 2.5 weeks of Dieting and Lifting at 142LB (Cut to loose BF)
Now my bulking process at 147LB
