Here is my progress.
From start of June to start of Dec.
I started out with poor diet an inconsistent training. I was also recovering from surgery to my broken wrist(which is why i started training).
I was restricted to very light weight and i had to use machines for all upper body workouts. I couldn't even curl a 10kg dumbbell because my wrist was so weak and unable to support its self.
October is when i really started training consistent but my diet was still poor. Mid October i learnt about diet and started eating proper but i defiantly wasn't eating above maintenance. I've done a mini cut since the last photos and dropped to 75kg(its summer now in Aust) once summer is done with i will go for a serious bulk now that i know how i should be eating and revert to riptoes SS program.
Up until 3 weeks ago i wasn't even doing any squats or deadlifts in my work outs.
I started out at 72kg and in the last pics i was 77kg.

bout 2.5 years i think on those pics. was interupted a few times by a seperated shoulder (8 months) and then i wasnt working out for a while bc i was in a pretty shetchy living situation and job. for about the last 10 months i have really been hitting the weights hard with only little hiccups here and there. really no major set backs. Made most of my gains recently.
