Current stats:
Bench 205x1
Squat 305x1
Deadlift 375 x 4
I hate that i didn't take any good "before" pictures, but i have some that should suffice. 9 months in, started at 150, hit 167, and now ive dropped and am in the low 160's. i've been keeping it "all natural", just drinking some protein shakes, not really much of that either though.

Not sure what your goal is, but if you want to add mass you'll need to eat like your on a bulk and not cutting. I bet you can eat way more food.
