before: july 2011: a severely underweight 163lbs at 6 foot 6/6 foot 7, wasn't happy, very shy, hated being shirtless etc etc
after: february 2013: got sick of being a skinny loser and started to study nutrition/bodybuilding HARD with a lot of help from lurking this forum and am now currently standing at 216lbs, just turned age 20. extremely confident in all walks of life, feel healthy, look healthy and life is good! i actually get accused of being on roids regularily which is something i would have NEVER thought would be said to me. it's changed my life completely, i'll never look back and i just thank god that i realized a change was needed as early as i did.
Way to go dude! You really have made a transformation there. I can see you worked really hard and you don't look anything like the before picture. Looks really defined and you really made a change for yourself, great inspiration, awesome job bro!
Wow both of you, amazing job seriously! You guys are working hard and it's paying off. Keep at it bros!
I'm new here to the forum and I'm glad I found it. After going through every page it seems like, I've never been more inspired. Everyone posting their pictures is doing awesome and making a great change for themselves. I applaud you all, I hope I can have the same type of results too as I begin my journey again, amazing guys!
I'm not sure to be honest - Last I checked I was 135 lbs. I don't go for weight... I set my goals on looks. If I like how I look in the mirror, I keep at it. If not, I change things :P hehe
Went from this in 2008. 5'8" 140
To this in 2012 5'10" 195
nice! it took you 4 years to accomplish this change, or less?

Have a before picture somewhere in this thread. I'll try to find it.
It's not a transformation yet, only a small step. I'll be back in a few months.

The vigorous man industriously striving for the improvement of his condition acts neither more nor less than the lethargic man who sluggishly takes things as they come. For to do nothing and to be idle are also action, they too determine the course of events. -- Ludwig Von Mises.
Found some old pictures of myself when i was skinny in similar poses. About a year and a half bulk, went from 140s to 220lbs. obviously put on a solid chunk of fat but...
good job, whats your daily diet look like and do you eat the same things everyday?
Before (Jan 2) and after (Jan 30) photos.
Start weight 125 pounds and I fluctuate around 129 pounds now. I plan to add Ensure as a pre and post workout supplement soon. Hopefully I can keep it up and post photos as I go.
