food:
breakfast: 5 egg white 1 yolk, 1 cup raw oats with half cup 2% milk, 30 raisins and 2 tbsp honey, 1 orange.
lunch: Whole wheat bread with nuts(2 slices), 3 slices of ham, 5 fig newtons, 1 apple, 1 banana
pre work out: body tech whey tech protien 1.5 scoops, 2 fat free strawberry yogurts. 1 cup vanilla ice cream.
Post workout: left over of protien shake from pre workout
dinner: chicken breast(stewed,skinless and medium sized), 1 cup raw spinach, 1/2 cup green beans.
5th meal: 6.5 oz drained water pack canned tuna, 3/4 cup raw spinach, 30 almonds salted
