    Shoulder question for pro

I am sure every pro in here has had problems with there shoulders and I am asking advice here because I cannot find a sports doctor and I have gone threw 4 different doctors and all dont know what they are talking about, im looking for someone to direct me in the right path.

Here is my situation, when I first started out last year I heard a crack in my shoulder and a pain followed so I checked with my doctor and he said it was minor inflammation. He told me take 2 weeks off with anti-inflammatory and it left there. Recently my shoulder started being weak and failing on my benches and shoulder presses, after my bench press 3 weeks ago I got a minor pain in the shoulder so I checked with a doctor. She said it was my rotator cuffs and I needed two week off. took my two weeks off then when I went back monday pain was unbarable so I checked with a doctor, no tests done or anything he said it was my ligaments and he gave me arthritis pills. I have went threw 3 other doctors and none of them will send me to a specialist do any tests. So im stuck here with no doctor to go see and arthritis pills, I decided to take 1 month off and I am wondering if there is anything I should do with this such as exercises and stretches and if I should keep up my hunt to find a doctor.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
