want to lower bodyfat %
i need opinions, i know you guys cannot give me a written stone answer or anything like that. i have been bulking forever, and now i want to lose some bodyfat. i have pics in my sig. the first one sucks so don't bother clicking on it. they are not great, (camera phone), but you guys should beable to get an idea of where i am at.
i am 16-16.5% bodyfat. how much lower do you think it is possible to bring it in 5 weeks? i will dedicate my life to it.

You look this as hell bro. In 5 weeks dont realyl expect that much fat loss. It takes alot longer than you think. but If i were to guess I would say you might be able to bring your bf% down 2 maybe 3% in that time depending on how hard you work at it.

can you be a tad bit more specific.. if u want to lose bodyfat eat right and do cardio.. its not really that hard, the hard part is sticking to it.. no one is going to give you a magic recipe to getting ripped.. but if u want some advice follow layne's precontest guide in the sticky its a great way to get you started to losing bodyfat.. and i suggest you educate yourself on diet and cardio with the many articles on bodybuilding.com then when you come accross a specific topic u have a question on.. then post it..but asking how do i lose bodyfat is so general of a question im sorry, i just hear it so much it gets on my nerves when there is so much info out there... it almost seems like ur too lazy to look for yourself..

so if i described my diet and cardio, you could tell me how much i would lose?
no, i wanted to know how much is "possible", it is a hypothetical question.

ballpark figure,
but you overanalyzed something you didn't even bother to read, that doesn't deserve any respect. what you need to do is keep your pointless comments to yourself. you put words in my mouth, you have to see where that is annoying.

actually it would..for example lets say you doing 200 grams of carbs a day and 30 min of cardio 5 days a week or lets say you were going to go on a 0 grams of carbs a day and 45 min of cardio twice a day..you would lose A LOT more bodyfat on the latter...

UncleJeff, when I get serious with my training I can safely lose 2lb a week. You'll need to work out your own percentages based on your weight. Hope this helps.
