So this is my first time ever taking creatine and i was going to do 5g/day every day even on offdays..
however, i've been using a heaping tablespoon instead of a teaspoon for the last 3 days..i hope i dont get the runs, i also hope i dont die when i consume alcohol this weekend...
how many g's have i been taking??
is this bad? haha

I don't know how many g's you have been taking but you'll be fine. If anything it was like doing a loading period. No harm done.

so here's how it went...
went to the gym for about 25 minutes, got 2 exercises done..started feeling crappy...
tried to do another, did one set and was out of there, felt SO naseaus...
next thing you know i'm on my knees puking water/protein/i'm sure creatine somewhere in there...
chose a hell of a week to start taking creatine, couldnt even lift yesterday due to a test, and today i didnt eat enough..**** me
