    Uhh..been taking too much creatine by mistake..

    So this is my first time ever taking creatine and i was going to do 5g/day every day even on offdays..


    however, i've been using a heaping tablespoon instead of a teaspoon for the last 3 days..i hope i dont get the runs, i also hope i dont die when i consume alcohol this weekend...

    how many g's have i been taking??

    is this bad? haha

    I don't know how many g's you have been taking but you'll be fine. If anything it was like doing a loading period. No harm done.

    its cool man. pretty much sounds like a basic loading period with all servings at 1 time a day. if you dont use it you pretty much pee it out

    so here's how it went...

    went to the gym for about 25 minutes, got 2 exercises done..started feeling crappy...

    tried to do another, did one set and was out of there, felt SO naseaus...

    next thing you know i'm on my knees puking water/protein/i'm sure creatine somewhere in there...

    chose a hell of a week to start taking creatine, couldnt even lift yesterday due to a test, and today i didnt eat enough..**** me

    Man, thats MOST LIKELY NOT the creatine... haha

    I am pretty sure that creatine is safe in very large quantities. Back in the day I used Cell-Tech just how they recommended on the back of the tub. It is something like 5-6 servings a day of 5g... The sugar was worse than the creatine.

    i'm guessing i just drank too much water too fast, and combined that with an empty stomach (creatine said to be taken on an empty stomach) and protein...blah

    haha oh well..**** happens.

    will only take 5g/day now, i'm 100% sure it was the fact that i didnt eat as much as i normally would today...studying/tests screwed me up this week, first round of mid-terms, plus i drank too much water all at once
