I find that I am packing way too much food when I leave in the morning. Yet it is not too much because I end up eating it.
I'm gone for about 12 hours Mon-Fri; 2 of which I am gone from 6 am - 10 pm, so I want to make sure that I have enough food when I'm gone so that I won't get tempted to buy junk food.
I try to pack breakfast (which consists of toast yogurt, or fruit and juice) and lunch (which consists of either a sandwich, tuna, chicken breast, or peanut butter & jelly) and 2 snacks (which can be salad, fruit, nuts, cottage cheese or yogurt). On the days where I am gone literally all day (about 14 hours) I have to also pack dinner for both my husband and I BUT I use a big cooler for this.
This does not fit in my teeny lunch bag! I can't find a lunch bag that will fit all of this.
To those who pack their lunches, what do you use to pack your lunch/food in? I could use aby advice and/or suggestions! Thanks!
