hey guys, i was gone for a while. some of you might remember me as teen bodybuilder of the week number #96. but anyways these are the most recent pics of me from 4 months ago. ive gained about 5-6lbs since then.

ok well everyones been asking for my workout so here it is as of right now:

***Monday - Chest***
Barbell Bench Press: 4 sets 10-8-6-4
Dumbell Bench Press: 3 sets 10-8-6
Incline Dumbell or Barbell Bench Press: 4 sets 12-10-8-6
Flat Bench Dumbell Fly: 3 sets 14-12-10
Incline Bench Dumbell Fly: 3 sets 14-12-10
Cable Flys: 3 sets 12-10-8 Supersetted with
Push Ups: 3 sets Until Failure each time

***Tuesday - Back***
Wide Grip Pull Ups: 1 set Until Failure
Weighted Wide Grip Pull Ups: 3 sets 10-8-6
Lat Pull Downs- 3 sets 10-8-6
Bent Over T-Bar Rows- 3 sets 10-8-6
Seated Cable Rows- 3 sets 10-8-6
Bent Over Rows- 3 sets 10-8-6

I want to add i see all the teens on this section asking "which sup for this" "which sup for that". Their diets consist of about 4 shakes a day. This is totally wrong. Other times than morning and pwo a fair amount of the nutritional content from sups are not made use of. Real food however, sitting in the stomach and having slow digstie properties means that it can be used on a cellular level over time without being filtered out the bloodstream. This is what supplmenets such as shakes cannot boast.

Look, you have been sucked in by advertising. In this day and age we are led to believe that sups are necessary to grow. Utter ****. What do you think they ate before sups existed? That's right good old food. I know sups are fun and all to take. But they are convenient and too many of you guys take them over real food. I am practising what i preach and have ditched sups long ago. I am making the best gains of my life on real food.

supplements are also there for a reason who cares if u dont digest them as well as food thats not the point they are for improvement and with a good diet of a lot of protein and the other healthy points you cant beat supps man. plus if youre so experienced then why arent u out of the teen forum or in advanced body building. get out of here with that ****. dont force anything on other ppl. suggest your opinions. thats why theyre called opinions

I'm in this section to help ignorant ppl such as yourself. Some ppl just don't want to listen. What i say is backed by science. ffs man read what i say. I said "Sure a pwo supplement is fine, hell even morning too". What i'm saying is i go through the threads here looking at peoples diets and MANY of them are having shakes 3 times a day or more. Have the shake for a REASON, ie morning (still has its issues) and pwo. Not just because you're too lazy to eat real food.

Conclusion from "Protein Supplements Vs. Protein Foods" by Tom Venuto (publisher: natural bodybuilding and fitness):

heres my two cents on the supps. i worked out for 2 years before i introduced protein shakes into my diet. the year that i introduced protein shakes i gained 15 lbs. and from my personal experience it is very hard to obtain a sufficient amount of protein, lets say 1.5g for every lb, solely from whole foods. you are correct in saying that many kids believe that supplements are everything and a proper diet is essential but supplements help alot on top of a good diet. and quick absorbing and digesting protein is best post workout. but like u said u feel pwo shake is fine. also no teen is goin to eat 2 steaks a day to obtain a good amount of creatine. and even if they do, it is slow digested and not in their system when needed. teens all want that quick fix but eating properly and goin to the gym is the way to do it. but there is nothing wrong with supplementation once a well balanced diet is achieved.
