When should I start noticing effects of Retain2?

I doubt you will see "dramatic fat loss/ muscle gain" from it.

I started noticing a leaning out effect at about the 2-3 week mark. In terms of muscle gain, I wouldn't expect too much

It shouldn't be overly dramatic, but I am leaning out some and I am over maintenance, so it's all good.
