What exercises are there to hit all 3 heads of the triceps?
How do you hit the outside tricep muscle?

It seems like CGBP and regular bench press would hit all 3 heads. How is it that presses only hit the medial head?
I know grip plays a part in all this. But how so? ... CGBP and overhead extensions seem to be the same motion, so it should hit the same muscles.
What heads do these grips target?
1. Hammer grip
2. Regular grip (like if you're doing a bicep curl)
3. Reverse grip (like a regular bench press)
