This has probably been talked about several times but that's okay...
Anyone have any good smoothy combinations (with protein powder and such) that taste good? Post 'em up! Here's one from me:
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
1 Banana (cut into 3 pieces)
1 8oz Container Vanilla Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Honey
2 Scoops Muscle Milk Banana Cream
3 Ice Cubes
