does anyone believe this kid can squat 500 pounds and only bench press like 130. I mean i'm not trying to rag on him but his build says it all. Also i asked if he was sure he could squat that much as i compared his bench to his squat. he said he needs to work his chest more what BS.

If you can force yourself to work you can force yourself to the gym. You get rewarded for both.

"One morning I woke up and found my favorite pigeon, Julius, had died I was devastated and was gonna use his crate as my stickball bat to honor him. I left the crate on my stoop and went in to get something and I returned to see the sanitation man put the crate into the crusher. I rushed him and caught him flush on the temple with a titanic right hand he was out cold, convulsing on the floor like an infantile retard." -Mike Tyson

dunno man, i dont really like how BB.com has that "estimated" 1 rep max, its kinda misleading. He does seem tall and lanky, which might lead him to a weaker bench press, but i do understand where your coming from, if it was something along the lines of 300-350 i could beleive it easier then 500. Last time i checked, 500 was pretty damn heavy.

it depends by squat he might not mean atg or paralell but bending knees slightly in which ive seen ppl in their first time in the gym ""squatting"" 2 plates...in fact i saw it today (he fell off balanced and is lucky his spotter was there)
but to answer no i dont believe it and i dont think anyone doesi like reps and will rep back (though im not worth much lol)

My step dad knew this guy in sandiego that weighed 185 and could squat over 700 pounds and maxed out at 185 on the bench..... Its just freaky tendon strength, but he was also like 5'10" with a toned ass upper body and huge legs, this kid looks like a strung out tooth pic, so I aint buyin it
Devise a plan, the perfect diet, the perfect routine, the perfect supplement regime.... Then execute it to perfection. No excuses, no i'll do it laters, every single day like clockwork.... Building a legend
