everyone is gonna say to eat lots of green, fibrous veggies, you really should make your diet table more organized if you want people to read it, its a pain in the ass how you have it now

you need to post your macros and cals for each meal and the total day. Also, your stats would be benifical, they determine how many cals you should eat in a day while cutting.

I'll do macros as soon as I can. If anyone can drop me a hint if i'm eating too much, not enough, or am I on track.

I do Cardio for 45 mins 4 times a week, working on increasing this and working out with it.

Easier to tell if you had macros listed, even with foods there its hard to tell if you're eating "enough." I'm trying to cut down about 8-10lbs too bro and am having a bit of trouble finding good snacks for between meals. I guess I don't really have "snacks" as they're more like 'mini-meals' but...I need some ideas.

I've kept track of my macros for the last few days - for example yesterday was a workout day so I had a post-workout shake and meal that would otherwise not be there on a non-workout day. I'm hitting about 2800 cals for workout days and 2300 for non. Probably a bit low but I feel like I'm gorging if I eat much more than that, and I sure do on a non-cut cycle. What's your BMR and maintenance cals?
