The main variable in determining the answer to your question comes from the Fat content of the meat in question.

Higher the fat content, the lower the weight AFTER cooking.

the meat is 1 pound of sirloin. I was just wondering how much it would weigh after cooking, to get an idea of calories, protein, fat, etc

doesn't matter, the macros are determined from the precooking weight
