of course> OATMEAL
?What is your favorite way to prepare oatmeal?
I do mine with 3/4 c plain oats, 1/2 c Fiber One, 1 c Light&Fit strawberry banana yogurt, 1/2 scoop banana creme whey, and 1/2 banana.
It is absolutely delicious! =P Damn I love food.

Cook the oats, put some splenda and cinnamon and down that bad boy!
Tastes great and gets the job done...especially when dieting for a show!

I usually can't taste the cinnamon or cocoa in any of my foods, I add it for color. I feel normal oatmeal looks so bland. I add some cocoa/cinnamon in it and it makes it psychologically appealing.
A good one for you to try is:
sugar free chocolate syrup + cocoa + cinnamon + oatmeal
or
cocoa + cinnamon + berry medly + oatmeal
Those are are my favorites.
The best one that beats all of that is peanut butter + oatmeal though =D

Ahhh!
Think of the 5-6 minutes of glorious spoon shoveling you could have instead....
I loveeeeeee eating so much, I eat way too fast for my own good but when it comes to oatmeal, I force myself to take a bite at a time and reflect on how awesome it feels going down.
I'm weird.

The only way I like it besides in a shake is cooked with cinnamon and walnuts, I hate the texture of cooked oats, and the walnuts give you something crunchy to chew on, an added bonus is the good fats.

I use 1 cup oats, 1 3/4 cups of low fat milk, and a little salt. Once it's done, I mix in a little splenda-brown sugar. It's great and very low in sugar. Sorry it's not that creative, I keep it simple at 5:00am.

if im dieting i stick to cooking it with water, throwing in a couple egg whites only and adding cinnamon and splenda
if im feeling particulary creative, i do several things
* oats, milk, strawberry flavoured protein and a spoon of penut butter
*oats, milk, sultanas and almonds
*oats, milk, chopped banana, bran flakes and drizzle with honey
*oats, milk, walnuts and spoon of nutella (cheat day only)
mannnnnnnn the options are endless

...the way that you don't have to taste them(or chew them)
here's a formula--
(oats + coffee grinder) + 1 cup milk x no heating source = best way to consume oats

um, because your stimulant usage seems dangerous. - so I'm just trying to help there.
and I thought maybe you could just bump one of the older threads.
