Big Gut
when my stomach is relaxed i look fat as ****, yes im carrying a bit of fat coz im bulking but when i tense my abs u can stil see them. anyone else have this?

bloat? i judge my fat gain from what i look like first thing upon waking up because with all the food i eat its hard to judge bloat vs fat.

Eh, don't worry about it, most of us who are bulking look pregnant too. I judge my gut by what I see in the morning, as well. Because from 7:15 on I look like I'm 4 months pregnant, lol.

lol i have a gut too. its pretty big. until i finish my cut

bench press-245 pounds (my shoulder is healed so time to move some bigger weights)
