    How much difference do supplements make?

    I haven't used supplements yet but i'm thinking about it but I was wondering how much of a difference do they make? Obviously some, as a lot of people take them but are they worth the money? How many more pounds will you gain?

    supps are great,only if you have your diet and training in order.
    if either of the latter 2 or out of wack don't waste your money.
    supps are not a wonder pill, they work in unison with your diet and training.

    That exactly what supps do. They make up for what's lacking and strengthen the whole.

    Bump to what windwords7 and snakeman said. If your training and diet are straight than supps can help get you over the hump, but they won't make up for bad diets or bad training habits. After that, alot of it is preference on which company you like and which are crap.
