Can I workout every day(run or something?)
I'm a wrestler, and I its the off season, and I feel like I HAVE to do something every day.
I don't mean lift every day, but can I run miles or do something every single day?

of course, lift 4-5 days a week and run the other 2-3 days

yes, thats fine, but its a good idea to take a day off every now and then (once a week maybe once every two just to let ur body recover)

u sud giv ur ody a rest at least one day a week, just sit on ur ass all day and relax

practice drills that you can do by yourself or get a partner and live wrestle
