Well , I just started cutting yesterday , its not an extreme cut, I wanna get from 13% bf to 10 % slowly without loosing muscle, I'm 5'11 ,177 pounds or so and 20 years Old , Will I be able to accomplish it with this diet ?
Meal 1
Bowl Of Oatmeal cooked with skim milk or Bowl of cereal with skim milk
1 Whole Egg
2 Egg Whites
1 Glass of juice
Meal 2
Either some Lean meat, fish or chicken
1/2 cup of white rice
Some kind of veggie
Meal 3(PWO)
PWO Shake , 1 scoop protein powder , around 1/2 cup of oatmeal , 1/2 banana all blended with skim milk
Meal 4
Same as meal 3 but without the rice
Meal 5
Protein shake, just protein powder and skim milk
1 ounce of almonds
Thats around 2100 calories, with 200 grams of protein , Will I able to lower my body fat from 13-10% with this diet without loosing any muslce ?
I would lift 4 times a week and do cardio on my non lifting days
