    Critique my diet please!!!

    Well , I just started cutting yesterday , its not an extreme cut, I wanna get from 13% bf to 10 % slowly without loosing muscle, I'm 5'11 ,177 pounds or so and 20 years Old , Will I be able to accomplish it with this diet ?

    Meal 1
    Bowl Of Oatmeal cooked with skim milk or Bowl of cereal with skim milk
    1 Whole Egg
    2 Egg Whites
    1 Glass of juice

    Meal 2
    Either some Lean meat, fish or chicken
    1/2 cup of white rice
    Some kind of veggie

    Meal 3(PWO)
    PWO Shake , 1 scoop protein powder , around 1/2 cup of oatmeal , 1/2 banana all blended with skim milk

    Meal 4
    Same as meal 3 but without the rice

    Meal 5
    Protein shake, just protein powder and skim milk
    1 ounce of almonds

    Thats around 2100 calories, with 200 grams of protein , Will I able to lower my body fat from 13-10% with this diet without loosing any muslce ?
    I would lift 4 times a week and do cardio on my non lifting days

    might want to swith the white rice to jasmine, basamati, brown rice etc.

    not with the protein and veggie with it, the gi doesn't really matter then, the brown etc is just more nutrient rich.

    I forgot , the diet is around a 40-40-20 ratio give or take a bit

    sounds pretty good then, just stick with it and tweak it a bit if you need to, i shoot for 40/40/20 too but with high protein intake usually end up at 45/35/20.

    Yup according to fitday.com mine is 44% Protein 33%Carbs 23%Fats
