    I can't give you the nutritional information on them, but here are my 2 cents.

    If you are doing a clean bulk, then the obvious choice of meat would be the leanest.

    If you are just looking to get the most protein, i'd recommend whatever tastes the best to you. Personally I like boneless skinless chicken breast because the white meat is very lean and has a huge amount of protein per serving.

    Meat is meat.

    Some pork can contain a lot of fat though.

    Beef stimulates testosterone production but can also be bad for your heart in large doses.

    Chicken is the cleanest of them all but can be very boring all the time...

    Generally:

    Beef has around 25-30g protein per 100g

    Pork has around 20-30g protein depending on the cut

    Chicken has between 25-35g per 100g.

    My favourite: Turkey! (30-40g per 100g!)

    yeah add some turkey, its not just for thanksgiving... :P depending on the cut of beef it might be really fatty, like 30g fat per serving + sat fats... you don't want your fats coming from that, get some lean beef like sirloin steak. the same goes for cuts of pork, i.e. don't eat pork chops bacon and sausage, get a piece center cut loin, its around 5g fat and 20g protein per 4 oz. fish, shrimp, crab, lobster also high high protein and adds variety. i would eat crab all the time if it wasn't so expensive.

    Here is the nutritional facts you requested Nesa:

    Here's some lean CHICKEN info:
    http://www.weightlossforall.com/protein-chicken.htm

    Here's some lean BEEF info:
    http://www.txbeef.org/nutrition.php3
    There are at least 29 cuts of beef that meet the government labeling guidelines for "lean". That includes some of America's favorites like tenderloin, t-bone steak and 95% lean ground beef. Click here to see more information about these cuts. Additionally, beef’s leanest cuts have only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast and provide more nutrition and taste per serving. Just 3 ounces of cooked lean beef has:

    * the same amount of Zinc as 14-1/2 (3oz.) servings of salmon;
    * the same amount of B12 as 6-1/2 (3oz.) servings of skinless chicken breast;
    * the same amount of Iron as 2 3/4 cups of raw spinach.

    Check out this link for beef vs leanest chicken chart
    http://www.txbeef.org/pdf/29_lean_cuts.pdf

    Here's some LEAN pork info:
    Roughly 47.75g Carbs/29g Protein/7.5g Fat in 100g of LEAN pork
    http://www.thepigsite.com/recipes/De...ws&display=137

    And lastly, here's some fish info:

    i really don't get it when people avoid lean beef and eat meals of chicken breast + carbs + peanut butter or some added source of fats.

    I mean beef fat is less than 1/2 saturated, and unless beef is your only source of fat throughout the day, i can't see that being a big problem (although i dont even think 1/2 your fats being saturated would be that big of a deal, considering i've always read 1/3 is optimal)

    So unless im somehow profoundly wrong, you should just eat whatever meats you feel like as long as your macro ratios and calorie intake aren't too far off. If you're bulking, i'd say don't be afraid of eating lean ground beef, it's easier to eat a bunch of that than chicken and the macro ratios on 93 or 96% lean ground beef are pretty good.
