Strange side effect of Controlled Labs Green Bulge

I'm wondering how many people have experienced a strange tingling sensation in thier hands while taking Green Bulge. If so what could be causing this? Both of my friends taking this are experiencing this now and I've never heard of it nor have I read anything on this forum about this side effect either. Both of my friends taking this relate it to the sensation you get when your hand is asleep. One noticed this effect after the first or second dose.
Any thoughts? Share your experiences.

not really sure. could be low blood sugar or dehydration, or a million other things.

never heard of anybody mention it before though.

I just find it strange that both of them experienced this. One finnished the bottle and noticed good results just that wierd side effect. My other friend has only been taking it for like 2 days and has noticed this.

could have something to do with blood flow...but I did not see these side effects I'm thinkin it also has to do with dehydration

My buddy that's taking it now only takes like 2 or 3 too since he's only been taking it for a couple days. He's leary about taking it everyday since this is happening. I told him he should take it everyday since creatine I believe should be taken even on days off. But with this wierd effect who knows. He should just play it safe. I told him I was going to start a thread today and see what people had to say so anybody else with a comment would be appreciated.

I have a theory, but can you give us more detail on exactly WHEN this tingling is occuring after the dose and how long it lasts ?

From what I can tell he says it happens pretty much right away. He told me today if kind of felt like a Niacin flush. He said he's getting better pumps though. Maybe it's just the extra blood flow he gets from the supplement.

that flush usually only comes from supps that have Beta-alanine and L-histidine
like h blocker i dont know why GB would be doing this.

Update:
I took 5 of my friends today which would be one full serving and I didn't notice anything maybe some extra blood flow in the fore arms but no tingling like my arm is a sleep. Well that's my expereince maybe if I took it for a few more days then I'd get same effect. I dunno.

I had the same feeling ... but in my head (instead of my hand).
Informed forum users theorized the cause was a bad reaction to the K-RALA in the GB.
Thus, I stopped using it after only a few attempts.

Bad reaction? Sure, but does it make it unsafe?
I'm assuming that it's okay to take as long as you don't mind this minor side effect that some individuals experience. After all I've heard so many good things about Controlled Labs Green Bulge as far as results.
I think as far as I'm concerned I'd buy it and use it providing that it doesn't harm you in any way.

I have been using Green Bulge, Glycer Grow, And White Blood... Havn't noticed any bad side effects except for causing lots of attention in the gym from how big im getting

what ingrediants are in green bulge? if vitamin b2 is one, it can cause tingerling.

saying that my gaba makes my whole body tight & tingerling for a couple of mins, especially my feet.
