How to avoid bloat throughout the day?
I'm sure a lot of you know what I'm talking about. You wake up and the abs are razor sharp but by 3pm you start feeling like a fatass and lose some definition. I'm looking for a little help with this. We are having a huge spring break party at the bar I bounce at on Thursday and I'm pretty sure my manager is going to have me walking around shirtless selling girls tequila shots. Now I'm already in good shape, but want to know how to handle my diet though the day to minimize the bloat. I'm at about 6% and want to look it if I've got my shirt off later in the day. Any suggestions?

Second that, it's basically water retention that makes you bloated, and the body uses water to store them. Also avoid foods with a lot of sodium in (processed basically).
If you're really obsessed about looking cut, just before you rip your shirt off, hit some quick circuits (2 sets, lots of reps, high tempo, one after the other without hardly stopping) with the dumb-bells to maximise your pump and definition. Do clap push-ups, shoulder presses, curls, shrugs and dumb-bell rows. Contest bodybuilders do this before they go on stage. But the abs seem to lose definition when they're pumped, so leave them out of this

alcohol and caffeine are diuretics
take a duuretic which will dehydrate you but keep you looking more cut, cut the carbs the day before and that day

how will drinking lots of water THE DAY OF his 'event' keep him from looking bloated?
anyways bro, try this:
-cut all carbs from your diet accept maybe 40 grams (coming from fiberous veggies)
-cut down on your water intake the day before, to only sipping between meals.
-cut sodium out of your diet
do this for 2 days.
then, the night before, and a few hrs before your 'event' have a glass of red wine. this will fill your muscles up.
a couple hours before your 'event' load up on some carbs. steel cut oats will work well.
do at least an hour of light cardio each day until event.
there's some other stuff i could tell you to do in order to suck some more water out of your body, but you since you're going to be drinking alcohol when you work, you don't want to be dehydrated. it sucks **** that you only have 2 more days to do this, but it's all good. a little difference is better than none. hope i helped!

A reasonable amount. No water and the body holds on to whatever water it can get = bloating. Too much and your stomach is full of fluid.
