so im 15, 511 and 167 pounds, i've been lifting for about a year and a half now and i want to bulk to put on a lot of mass, the only problem is that i dont know how to bulk or how much calories to take in a day or how long i should bulk for, my goal now is to put on as much mass as possible
1.try to avoid aerobic exercises
2.It is recommended that you eat your weight in grams. For example if you weigh 167 lbs, take 167 grams of protein per day.
3.Eat smaller portions of food but more often. Whereas before you may have had 3 meals a day, you could have pseudo-meals in between these. As a general rule, eat every 3 hours. Don't wait till dinner to stuff yourself. Spread out your meal amounts evenly.
4.Drink near a gallon of water per day.
5.Make your calories count. Don't fill your stomach with "empty" calories
